Kris Lindahl Real Estate vs working with one agent
You've seen the billboards. If you're deciding between a large team brokerage like Kris Lindahl Real Estate and an independent agent like me, here's an honest look at how the two setups differ.
Two different ways to set up a real estate business
Kris Lindahl started as an agent at RE/MAX and launched Kris Lindahl Real Estate in 2018. It's a large team brokerage known for its billboards across Minnesota and for its Guaranteed Cash Offer program. Its website lists dozens of agents.
I'm one agent. My business is M Power Agent LLC, and I work under Fulton Realty in Maple Grove. When you hire me, you work with me from the first call through closing.
Neither model is right for everyone. Both are licensed Minnesota brokerages. This page is about the structure of each, not about anyone's service quality, so you can decide which setup fits your sale.
How the two setups compare
Kris Lindahl Real Estate details come from public sources: the company website, its Guaranteed Cash Offer terms and its Wikipedia page. Ask them directly about anything that matters to you.

How guaranteed and cash offer programs work in general
A number of companies offer some version of a cash or guaranteed offer: the company, or a buyer it works with, offers to buy your home directly. The appeal is speed and certainty. You skip showings and repairs and pick a closing date.
Here is what Kris Lindahl Real Estate's own published terms for its Guaranteed Cash Offer say, in short:
- It applies to qualifying properties in Minnesota and Wisconsin, and the company can decline to make an offer.
- You can reject any offer you receive.
- The offer may be less than your home's market value, and they recommend getting an appraisal or a market analysis to compare.
- Closing can happen within about three weeks, depending on title.
- The company or a buyer it works with may later renovate and resell the home.
For any cash offer, from any company, the fair comparison is the cash offer against what your home would likely net on the open market after commissions, repairs and carrying costs. I'm happy to run that open market estimate for you so you have both numbers side by side.
Which one fits you
A large team may suit you if
You like the idea of a bigger organization behind your sale, or you're already familiar with how their program works.
One agent may suit you if
You want the same person on every call, showing and negotiation, and you want someone with an engineer's eye on condition, drainage and repairs before buyers and inspectors find them.
Either way
Interview more than one agent. Ask who will actually handle your sale, how they communicate, what they think your home is worth and why. Then pick the one you trust.
What working with me looks like
I've been a Realtor since 2021. Before that, I spent more than 10 years as a civil engineering consultant, and I'm still a licensed P.E. On a walkthrough I'm looking at structure, grading, drainage and code issues, not just finishes.
I've sold 47 homes, 18 of them in the last 12 months (Zillow, Oct 2026), and I have a 5.0 rating across 38 Google reviews. I live in Crystal with my wife and three boys and work mostly in Maple Grove, Plymouth, Rogers, Osseo, Champlin and Brooklyn Park.
If you're selling, here's how I sell a home. If you're buying, here's how I help buyers.

"He was never pushy/salesy while still providing the right level of guidance. He kept me up to date throughout the whole process and followed through on every little question I had."
Frequently asked questions
Who is Kris Lindahl?
Kris Lindahl is a Minnesota real estate agent who started at RE/MAX and founded Kris Lindahl Real Estate in 2018. The company is known for billboards across Minnesota and its Guaranteed Cash Offer program.
How does the Kris Lindahl guaranteed offer work?
According to the company's published terms, it may make a cash offer on qualifying Minnesota and Wisconsin homes, you can reject any offer, and the offer may be below market value. For full details, read their Guaranteed Cash Offer terms on krislindahl.com or ask them directly.
Are Kris Lindahl reviews good?
I'm not going to characterize another company's reviews. Read their Google reviews yourself, and do the same for any agent you're considering, including me. Look for reviews that describe situations like yours.
Is it better to use a big real estate team or a single agent?
It depends on what you value. A team may offer more programs and more people, while a single agent means one point of contact from start to finish. Interview both kinds and ask who will actually handle your sale.
Should I take a cash offer on my house or list it?
Compare the cash offer to a realistic open market net after commissions, repairs and carrying costs. A cash offer can make sense if speed and certainty matter most. I can give you an open market estimate so you can compare.
Is Kris Lindahl Real Estate a licensed brokerage?
Yes, Kris Lindahl Real Estate is a licensed real estate brokerage in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Fulton Realty, my brokerage, is licensed in Minnesota. You can look up any agent or brokerage on the Minnesota Department of Commerce license lookup.
