Who we are and what we collect
This website is operated by M Power Agent LLC, the business of Michael (Mike) Juliff, a licensed Realtor with Fulton Realty. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean M Power Agent LLC. "You" means anyone who visits the site, fills out a form, uses the home value tool or texts with us.
Information we collect.
We collect information you choose to give us, plus basic technical information from your visit:
- Contact details you enter into a form: name, phone number and email address.
- Property details you enter into the home value tool or a form, such as a property address and notes about the home.
- Messages you send us by form, email or text message.
- Usage information such as pages viewed, referring site, browser and device type, collected through cookies and similar analytics tools.
How we use your information
- To respond to your questions and requests.
- To send you the information you asked for, such as a home value estimate, listing details or market data.
- To follow up with you about buying, selling or investing in real estate, including scheduling appointments and showings.
- To send text messages you have agreed to receive. See the texting section of our Terms.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To meet legal, licensing and recordkeeping obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Home value tool
The home value tool builds its estimate from public property records published by county and state governments. When you enter an address, we keep the address and any contact details you provide so we can send you the estimate and follow up about it. The estimate is not an appraisal.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us run this website and our business, and only so they can provide that service to us. These include our website host, analytics tools, our text messaging provider and our customer relationship management system, Follow Up Boss. These providers are not allowed to use your information for their own marketing.
We may also share information when required by law, to protect our legal rights, or with your permission (for example, with a lender, title company or other party in a transaction you ask us to help with).
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we use it to reply to your inquiries, coordinate appointments and showings, and follow up about a home value request. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Full texting terms are in our Terms.
Cookies, retention and security
The site uses cookies and similar tools to count visits and see which pages are useful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though some features may not remember your preferences.
Keeping and protecting information.
We keep personal information as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal and licensing recordkeeping requirements. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no method of sending or storing data online is completely secure.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, subject to any records we are required to keep. You can opt out of emails using the unsubscribe link and out of texts by replying STOP. To make a request, contact us:
